In the course of the project five partner meetings take place. Partners meet with the following objectives: Provide a forum for presenting & discussing project results; Provide a structured platform for sharing information and learning about the identified needs of the community care centers (CCC); Provide an opportunity for project partners to meet and specific workplan tasks.
