Consortium

The I-CCC project consortium consists of eight project partners and three associate partners. In each country Red Cross partners work closely together with one public policy partner as a co-applicant and several public and associate partners. Apart from that, associate partners from Italy, Spain as well as the EU Red Cross Office contributes to the transnational dimension of the action.

Austrian RC Logo Within the Austrian Red Cross the International Department is responsible for the overall project management and the Health and Social Services Department is responsible for the coordination of all activities within Austria and for liaising with the provincial and local branches involved.
The Institute for Nonprofit Management (NPO) at the WU is responsible for the overall impact and process evaluation with support of experts from Montenegro and Serbia.
Red Cross of Serbia Logo Red Cross of Serbia has more than 20 years of experience in working on ageing-related issues and supporting older people and at a national level coordinates the advocacy network of civil society organizations HumanaS, that focuses on advocating on behalf and with older people. The Red Cross of Serbia will coordinate the project activities in Serbia, design trainings and toolkits, and will coordinate with the branches in Pirot and Sombor, that will be responsible for implementing the project activities in their communities.
Republic Institute for Social Protection Logo The RISP investigates and monitors social phenomena, needs and problems, provides data-based insights into the level of development of social protection and fosters creation  of public policies in line with the objectives of social development. It will support all project activities and will be directly responsible for the User-centered needs assessment in the two targeted communities in Serbia and partly for evaluation and Evidence-based advocacy.
Logo Montenegro RC Red Cross of Montenegro, as the biggest humanitarian organization in Montenegro that supports older population since 2002, is an important partner in Montenegro. The Red Cross of Montenegro will coordinate the project activities in Montenegro, design trainings and toolkits, and will coordinate with the branches in Bar and Bijelo Polje, that will be responsible for implementing the project activities in their communities.
Logo MoH Montenegro The Ministry of Health in Montenegro was identified as the relevant partner in this project, since most of the activities are part of health system and LTC is one of priorities for the Ministry. The role of the Ministry will be to support all project activities while they will be directly responsible for the User-centered needs assessment in 2 communities in Montenegro, part of the piloting volunteer-based services for people with cognitive impairment and Dementia-training and evidence-based advocacy.
GöG Logo The Austrian National Public Health Institute (Gesundheit Österreich GmbH, GÖG) is the institution responsible for researching and planning public healthcare in Austria, and also acts as the national competence and funding center for the promotion of health. The GÖG will carry out several activities within the needs assessment together with the Austrian Red Cross and will be responsible for the policy related activities in Austria as well as planning and facilitation some of the planned meetings in Austria.
