1.1 The scope of processing of personal data

As a matter of principle, we process your personal data only to the extent necessary to provide the services and content you have requested and to provide a functional website.

1.2 Legal grounds for the processing of personal data

Insofar as we obtain your consent for the processing of personal data, Art. 6 (1) lit. a EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) serves as the legal basis. If personal data is processed on the basis of your consent, you have the right to revoke this consent at any time with effect for the future without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

1.3 Data deletion and storage duration

Your personal data will be deleted or blocked as soon as the purpose for which it was stored no longer applies. Furthermore, data may be stored if this has been provided for by the European or national legislator in EU regulations, laws or other regulations to which we are subject (e.g. 7 Year Retention periods under the Austrian tax law and company law). Data will also be blocked or deleted if a storage period prescribed by the aforementioned standards expires, unless there is a need to continue storing the data for the purpose of concluding or fulfilling a contract.

1.4 Your personal rights

You have the right of access to personal data concerning you (Art. 15 GDPR), a right of rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), deletion (Art. 17 GDPR) and restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR), a right to object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR) and the right to data transferability (Art. 20 GDPR), insofar as these rights exist under the above provisions in the individual case in question. You can assert these rights with us at any time or you have the right to complain to the responsible supervisory authority
