The I-CCC Project is a three years‘ project running from Nov 2020 until October 2023 funded by the European Commission and co-founded by Austrian Development Cooperation. It aims to pilot 6 novel community care centers in Austria, Serbia and Montenegro and set up of a new-volunteer based service to support people with dementia. By strengthening community-based services it seeks to contribute to national policy reforms in long-term care.
